The characteristics of ZS series bi-screw extruder:
The alloy-cover building-block system is used for the machine barrel and the composite structure of high-speed tool steel is used for screw components. The extruder can produce macromolecular epoxidation antiseptic powder.
The precision of gear processing can reach grade six. The machine, which is created for the first time in China, can operate steadily and has a long operation life and low noise.
The structure of involute or wobbler key is used for the screw dabber. The torque can be transmitted evenly and the balance is good and bearing capacity is strong when the machine is operating at a high speed.
PID and soft water internal-circulation adjustment are used for the temperature control, which has a high precision and can prevent the channel from fouling.
The output of extruder is productive mixed type powder output.
